The Health Level Seven Arden Syntax for Medical Logic Systems, Version 2.8 was approved by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) and by Health Level Seven (HL7) International under the designation ANSI/HL7 Arden V.2.8-2012. Medexter Healthcare initiated this new version and provided extended input. It applies this standard in the development of clinical decision support systems.
