Templates

Templates can be an enormous time-saver if you have queries that have to be carried out repeatedly, e.g., at certain intervals (weekly, monthly, ...).

Creating Templates

Templates can be created from every FlexScan query by simply clicking the button Save while configuring a FlexScan query. They can then be found in the template list under User-defined templates.
Please note, that currently only FlexScan templates can be created.

The categories AURES, EARS-NET, and Further Benchmarking currently don't contain any templates but are reserved for future developments.

Using Templates

You can perform the following actions on a single template:

• Edit/Execute: Click onto the respective template and execute it or edit its definition.
• Delete: Hover over the template with your mouse and press the Delete template button .

Deleting Multiple Templates

If you want to delete multiple templates, just follow these four steps:

1. Press the Edit template list button .
2. Either manually select templates by checking the corresponding checkboxes or by pressing the Select/deselect all templates button .
3. Press the Delete selected templates button .
4. Press the Editing complete button to return to the template list.
